What You Can Tell Us

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

What We Do Next

We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we learned and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
