What to expect when you reach out

How Our Network Works for You

Who You Talk To

Some people think a referral service sends its own crew. It does not. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who talks with you, visits the floor and does the work.

What a Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider plan the visit.

  • How big is the floor, and is it a garage, patio or basement?
  • How old is the house and the slab?
  • Are there cracks, stains, old patches or old sealers?
  • Have you seen damp spots after rain?
  • What look do you want?

Photos can help, but they are not required.

Questions to Ask Back

A lot of homeowners think the quote is the only thing to compare. In practice, the plan matters just as much. Try these:

  • How will you check the slab for moisture?
  • How will you handle cracks and old repairs?
  • What prep steps come before coating?
  • Which coating do you suggest, and why?
  • What care is needed after the work?
  • Can I get the scope and price in writing?

Prep before polish. A provider who explains prep clearly is a good sign.

The Decision Is Yours

You can talk with more than one provider. You can say no. There is no obligation. Supporterscomplaint Floor Coating does not set prices or promise outcomes, and any agreement is between you and the provider.
